Masala Veg Macroni


As for Sunday breakfast, I thought of preparing something different and delicious, so cooked Masala Veg Macroni using few of the vegetables. It was very yummy all of us enjoyed. Then why are you waiting for? Get into kitchen, cook and taste this mouth watering dish. You can prepare this even at evening too.

Preparation time: 15mins
Cooking time: 20mins
Serves: 5

Ingredients:
300gm Bambino Macroni
100gm Beans
25gm Cashew
3 Tomatoes
1 Potato
1 Capsicum
1 Carrot
1 cup shredded Cabbage
3tsp Vegetable oil
1tsp Fennel seeds (saunf)
1tsp chopped Ginger
3tsp Tomato Sauce
2tsp fresh milk Cream
1tsp red Chilly powder
½ tsp Sugar
1 pinch Hing
3tsp coarsely chopped Coriander leaves 
Salt
Water

Procedure:
  1. Boil the water add 1/2tsp oil then Macroni, cook for 5 mins later strain and keep aside (Addition of oil avoids sticking of Macroni).
  2. Grind tomatoes, cashew and ginger and make a paste.
  3. Chop beans, carrot and potato into thin 2inch long (peel potato skin before chopping).
  4. Keep a Frying pan to heat add oil followed by fennel seeds, cabbage and Hing. sauté it.
  5. Add Ground paste and fry for 2mins, later chopped beans, carrot and potato, keep stiring till the vegetables tender.
  6. Add salt, red chilly powder and sugar then fry for 5mins.
  7. Add cooked macroni, tomato sauce, fresh milk cream and coriander leaves, cook for 2 mins.
  8. Hot Hot Masala Veg Macroni is ready to eat.
