Tomato Noodles


We have eaten plain noodles, noodles with many vegetables etc., here I tried with our favourite just tomato with noodles. Even my kid likes to have it, this is a mouthwatering dish, try to cook and serve your loved ones.

Preparation time: 25mins
Cooking time: 20mins
Serves: 6

Ingredients:
250gm Ata Noodles
5 ripen Tomato’s
2tsp vegetable oil
1tsp Jeera
1 Bay leaf
1tsp Black pepper powder
1/2tsp Garam masala powder
1/2tsp Sugar
3tsp coarsely chopped Coriander leaves
Salt
Water

Procedure:
  1. Blend tomato’s in mixer and keep aside.
  2. Switch on the stove keep a bowl of water to boil for 5 mins, then add noodles into it.
  3. Let it cook for 5mins, take out the bowl from stove. Using a strainer remove the water and keep the noodles aside.
  4. Put a frying pan on stove to heat.
  5. Add oil followed by jeera, bay leaf, blended tomato syrup and stir constantly.
  6. Now add salt, garam masala, black pepper powder and sugar.
  7. As the gravy is ready add the cooked noodles in it and leave for 5 mins in low flame.
  8. Switch off the stove take out the pan and add coriander leaves.
  9. Hot Hot and spicyTomato Noodles is ready to eat.
