Multi Dals Ladoo


Making our children to eat nutritional and healthy food has become a great task now because most of them love to have junk food, so here I tried to combine few dals and made as Multi Dals Ladoo sweet, experiment it surely you will get good results.

Preparation time: 45mins
Cooking time: 20mins
Number of Ladoos: 20(Medium Size)

Ingredients:
1cup Bengal gram dal
1cup Black gram dal
1cup Green gram dal
1cup Rice flour
1cup Chiroti rava (Semolina)
½cup Cashew
4cups Sugar
6tsp Ghee
½cup boiled Milk
3 cardamoms

Procedure:
1.             Switch on the stove put a frying pan to heat.
2.             Add 2tsp of ghee followed by Bengal gram, black gram and green gram dals, fry it thoroughly      as all dals turns to dark brown color and outputs a good smell. Now switch off stove and let dals cool, later using mixer blend this dal mixture with cashew and cardamom into fine powder.
3.             Put sugar into mixer and make fine powder.
4.             Take a pan and fry rice flour and chiroti rava with 4tsp of ghee.
5.             Add blended dals and sugar powder into the same pan and mix well.
6.             By sprinkling milk make the mixture into uniform sized ladoo.
7.            That’s it delicious Multi Dals ladoo is ready to eat.
