Its
time of green peas now, in this season we are finding lot of fresh green peas
in market so I am using more green peas in my dishes wherever its applicable. Here
is green peas my masala where I have altered masala as per my taste normally all
of us tasted outside now try it out in home and get compliments from your loved
ones.

Ingredients:
1 cup
fresh Green peas or frozen baby peas
1 cup
coarsely chopped Coriander leaves
1
tomato
5 Green
chillies
3
cloves
1 inch
Cinnamon stick
½ cup
grated Coconut
½ cup
Cashew
2tsp
chopped Ginger
3tsp
unsalted Butter or Ghee
½ tsp
Fennel seeds
½ tsp
Mustard seeds
1tsp
Garam masala powder
Salt
Water
Procedure:
1.
Half
cook the green peas strain and keep aside.
2.
Grind
fresh coconut, cashew, tomato, cloves, cinnamon stick, ginger, coriander leaves
and green chillies into fine paste.
3.
Keep a
frying pan to heat, add butter or ghee followed by mustard seeds, as it
splutters add fennel seeds and sauté.
4.
Add ground
paste and sauté for 3 mins, later add green peas, garam masala, salt and
required amount of water as per consistency, let it cook for 5 mins.
5.
No need
to wait, green peas my masala is ready to serve with roti.
