Basin Laddu


Basin laddu is one of the sweet I prepare frequently, its very easy to cook, less ingredients and tasty to eat.

Preparation time: 15mins
Cooking time: 15mins
Number of Medium size laddu’s: 25

Ingredients: 
2 cup Basin (Channa dal powder)
1 ½ cup Sugar
1 cup Ghee
4 Cardamoms

Procedure: 
1.     Blend Sugar and cardamom into fine powder.
2.     Keep a frying pan, add basin and ghee, start stirring until the mixture leaves bubbles over it, this may take approximately some 15mins, later remove the pan from the stove and let it cool.
3.     As the mixture cools, add powdered contents into it and mix well, make them as round laddus using your palms.
4.     Nothing to wait tasty mouth watering Basin Laddu’s are ready to eat.
