Atta Chilli Biscuit


Normally in bakeries most of the items are prepared with refined flour which is not so good for health so here I replaced refined flour with whole wheat flour and baked chilli biscuit hence the name Atta Chilli Biscuit which is hot healthier and happy to eat.

Preparation time: 15mins
Baking time: 25mins
Number of biscuits: 15

Ingredients: 
1 cup Whole wheat flour (Atta)
1 tsp Icing sugar
3 tsp Ghee
1 tsp finely grated Ginger
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
3 tsp finely chopped Curry leaves
3 tsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
½ tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Ajwain powder
1 pinch cooking Soda
Curds

Procedure:
1.     Sieve Atta, baking powder and soda twice, keep aside.
2.    Take a bowl add ghee and icing sugar, mix well with a spoon without lumps and make as soft cream.
3.    Add chopped chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and grated ginger, mix well.
4.    Now add the Atta and mix well by adding little curds to make smooth and soft dough.
5.    Using a rolling pin roll the dough and cut into your desired shapes.
6.    Grease the plate and arrange all of them one inch apart.
7.    Bake at 300degrees for about 25 mins.
8.    Crispy spicy Atta Chilli Biscuit is ready to chew.
