As parents always wants to avoid chocolates for their children but here is the solution, this dahi burfi looks like chocolate and tastes like chocolate but actually its a healthy burfi made from Ata. So both parents as well children can happily taste this yummy Dahi burfi.
Ingrediants:
1 cup Ata
1 cup sweet curds
2 cups sugar
1 cup ghee
2 tsp of coco powder
¼ cup small pieces of cashew
Procedure:
- Take a bowl and add ata, sweet curds , ghee, sugar and coco powder.
- Mix in such a way that you will not find any lumps in it.
- Switch on the stove and put the prepared bowl on it.
- Stir thoroughly till the whole mixture becomes like thick halva.
- Add cashew pieces to it and stir well.
- Move the mixture in to a plate and leave it to cool.
- Now cut into desired shapes or you can make them as just balls.
- Dahi burfi alias our yummy chocolate is ready to enter our tummy.

Try making this with Bella...Will be really healthy for tummy!
sorry ashwin i tried it, it will be more sticky with jaggery so sugar.
